Yes, for example, we will be happy to issue a voucher for 2 passengers for a Lorelei or Castle Cruise. We can also issue vouchers in various Euro-amounts for our restaurant on board. Upon request, vouchers - along with receipt - will be sent to the address you provide. You can request vouchers from us by filling out the contact form.
Yes, information about the most popular sights is provided on board in several languages, including German, English, French, and Japanese.
Dogs are welcome on board. Feel free to bring your four-legged friend along!
All ships are equipped with handicap accessible restrooms.

Unfortunately, our sun deck is only accessible via stairs. However, you can fully enjoy the beautiful scenery and the delicacies of the restaurant on board on the lower deck.

Bingen: Hindenburg complex (with parking areas)
Rüdesheim: dock located on Rheinstraße near Adlerturm, parking: "Auf der Lach"
St.Goar: on the B9, toward the end of town when coming from Koblenz
St.Goarshausen: on the B42, right next to the dock for the car ferry to St.Goar
Individual passengers may bring their bicycle on board for a fee of € 2.00.
During the cruise, we highlight and provide a brief explanation of the most important sights via loudspeaker in German, English, Spanish, Japanese, and French, among others.
A reservation is recommended if you are traveling with a group of 10 - 15 people. You can sign up quickly and conveniently by filling out the contact form and sending it to us one week or so prior to your planned cruise. We will send you a proposal as soon as possible, and you will be all set for your outing. We will be happy to reserve a table for you in our restaurant on board, but will not be able to reserve a table on the sun deck.

You can cancel your cruise anytime up to the day of departure without penalties.
Stops "on demand" include the docks in Lorch and Oberwesel. "Stops on demand" means that we will tie up at these docks for boarding and disembarking only upon request. You can notify us of your request in advance by contacting us by phone at 06721/30 80 80.
